Questions, answered
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and billing stops; your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Your founding rate stays locked only while the subscription stays active.
How does membership work without an account?
Checkout sets a signed member token in your browser (the mnx_member cookie), recognised across themonexus.com and terminal.themonexus.com. No password, no profile. If you clear cookies or move to a new device, write to [email protected] from the email you paid with and the desk will re-issue it.
What am I charged in?
Rand (ZAR), through PayFast, which takes international cards. The dollar figures on this page are approximate and move with the exchange rate. Prefer crypto? Every tier can be prepaid 30 days at a time in USDC via the link under its card; it is the same membership on renewal.
What about refunds?
Refunds are handled under the Monexus Terminal terms of service.
