The claim is not a battlefield report. It is a production disclosure, made in the middle of a war in which Kyiv's long-range strike capacity has become a contested subject between Ukraine, its Western backers and Moscow. The production number, the cadence, and the range figure each carry separate weight. Read together, they describe a domestic missile line that is meant to outlast the politics of foreign aid cycles.
